POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the coordination between the company and the client managing and overseeing all development and implementation of processes from all departments but primarily the Operations department.
- Monitor budget safety within the work area and carrier performance activities as well as perform some personnel management tasks.
- Coordinate communication between customers and LLP organization.
- Manage and oversee training to On-Site Managers.
- Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of process initiatives and provide subject matter expertise to CLI Material Positions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- - J.I.T. operations background warehouse and/or manufacturing experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong skills in managing salaried and hourly employees and processes.
- Understanding of LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Must be process and data driven.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
Schedule/ Shift: First shift but will need to be available for all shifts as needs arise.
Location: Duncan SC
Travel Requirements: As Needed
