- Supervise daily operations for Service Technicians Route Drivers and Warehouse Staff
- Manage efficient routing of deliveries and service calls
- Handle all sales opportunities for the business both inside and outside sales.
- Consistently administer company policies and procedures within the branch
- Perform daily reviews with individual Service Technicians Route Drivers and Staff
- Assign schedule and review all daily service work deliveries and warehouse activities
- Maintain performance standards for call-backs stops per day and overall productivity
- Coach and counsel employees and address performance issues in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries including any negative customer situations
- Adhere to and uphold all company safety guidelines and safe work practices
- Maintain an organized and neat warehouse
- Manage maintain and secure equipment inventory and supplies
- People management experience is required
- Sales experience is required
