Desired Candidate Profile;
1620 years of progressive HR experience
Strong exposure toHR Operations / HR Generalist / HRBP
Expertise inHR Policies & Policy Frameworks
Experience implementingHRIS / PMS systems
Strong understanding ofStatutory Compliance
Proven experience inEmployee Engagement & Grievance Management
Strong stakeholder & team management capability
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
