Customer Support Specialist with German Hybrid from Athens

Our client is currently seeking German-speaking professionals who are willing to work in a hybrid model in Athens.

About the project:

Provide services for a German-based manufacturer known for producing high-performance bicycles. It is recognized for its direct-to-consumer business model offering high-quality bikes at competitive prices by eliminating middlemen. The brand focuses on innovative designs cutting-edge technology and meticulous engineering catering to both professional athletes and recreational riders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of incoming calls chats messages and emails
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:

• Fluent level of German language - (C2)
• Communicative level of English language - (B2)
• Be located in Athens
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team player

What you will gain:

• Salary: 1200 - 1300 Euros Gross (including 2 extra salaries a year granted by a Greek law)
• Performance Bonus of up to 15% of the base salary
• Monthly project bonus: 50 gross per month
