Job Summary

Contract Type:Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week

Salary:35951 per annum to 39531 per annum (Londonweighted salary) or 32188 per annum to 35593 per annum (Regional salary)dependant on experience

Grade: 7

Reporting Office: London Stratford or Manchester Trafford

Persona:Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Your impact in the role:

As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for producing and distributing reports presentations and correspondence on behalf of the Commercial Director. This will include preparing materials for Board and Executive Committee meetings. You must be confident working with sensitive and confidential information interpreting and interrogating data and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.

You will support the Commercial Director by following up on key actions tracking information and helping to resolve escalated enquiries as required. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be expected to liaise confidently and professionally with senior colleagues internal teams external partners and residents.

Daytoday responsibilities will include complex diary management coordinating meeting requests organising departmental events and arranging travel. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively are vital to ensure the Commercial Directors time and commitments are managed efficiently.

Additional responsibilities include submitting expenses promptly taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing them within agreed timeframes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be involved in inbox and email management drafting correspondence and preparing reports and presentations on behalf of the Commercial Director. You will also need strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

We are looking for someone with experience gained in a fastpaced highly confidential environment with high levels of professionalism trust and discretion. A strong commitment to delivering and continuously improving customer experience is central to this role and to L&Qs values.

  • Able to demonstrate provision of high-quality PA / administrative services to senior managers and/ or directors in a demanding customer focused environment
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Able to work collaboratively with others at all levels of seniority
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional organisational planning and co-ordination skills in a fast paced delivery focused team
  • Able to demonstrate advanced skills in all MS Office packages
