Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 help desk support to end users via phone email and in-person
- Assist with Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint) support
- Perform password resets and account unlocks in Azure AD / Microsoft 365
- Help create/disable user accounts and assign access rights
- Troubleshoot basic Windows issues (Windows 10/11)
- Assist with printer/scanner setup and support
- Log track and update support tickets in our help desk system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff
- Help set up new computer hardware and software
- Keep inventory of IT assets and equipment

Who You Are
Required Skills & Traits:
- Basic comfort with computers Windows OS and productivity software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn IT concepts and tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin tools
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS DHCP IP)
- Experience with remote support tools
- IT certifications (CompTIA A Microsoft Fundamentals etc.)

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college or IT coursework preferred
- 01 years experience in IT help desk or support role we welcome recent grads and career changers!
