Title Reader

As the Title Reader New York you will research public records and examine titles to determine any conditions or restrictions that may exist on property titles.

• Read/examine the abstract of properties
• Review surveys
• Draft metes and bounds descriptions
• Assist in clearance of title issues
• Prepare title commitments using our state-of-the-art easy to use software system
• All other duties as assigned by management.
• Act as a leader within the company
• All other duties assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years title reading/clearance experience for New York
• Must possess good organizational skills ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines and demonstrate good communication skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Proficiency with personal computers MS Office and office equipment

The pay range for this position is 85-100000 annually.
