Principal Consultant, Business Analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 11 years.
• Strong experience working as a Product Consultant Functional SME Product Owner or Solution Architect.
• Hands-on functional expertise in HCM/WFM domains such as HR Payroll Scheduling Forecasting Timekeeping Absence Management or similar operational areas.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable platform-agnostic functional solutions aligned with business outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as UKG Pro UKG Ready UKG Pro WFM or similar systems like SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Workday Infor ADP etc.
• Strong experience in solution design blueprinting and gap-fit analysis across enterprise platforms.
• Ability to identify value propositions ROI-based solution narratives and business benefits for clients.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams sales marketing and practice leaders to support solution roadmaps and offerings.
• Exposure to AI/ML predictive analytics automation and accelerator development within enterprise solution environments.
•  Experience supporting pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses workshops solution blueprinting and defining integration touchpoints.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and UX/visualization tools such as Balsamiq Figma or Visio.
• Excellent analytical communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with good communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements and being able to define technologies patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements schedules and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
