Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Senior Analyst Collections!
In this role youll support financial operations by ensuring accurate timely & compliant billing across our Shared Service Center. This position partners closely with branch offices operations teams and customers to maintain financial accuracy streamline processes and uphold exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare review and process invoices for service repair and modernization work. Ensure all billing aligns with contract terms completion documentation and company policy standards.
Serve as a key liaison between the Shared Service Center field operations and account management teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless information flow.
Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external billing inquiries providing clear communication and issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company systems billing procedures and industry requirements to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to financial controls.
Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and data integrity contributing to system enhancements and process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with peers and leaders across departments to support company goals uphold service standards and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Experience using MS Office Suite especially Outlook Word and Excel
Understand data processing applications
Prioritizing and multi-tasking working well under pressure while paying close attention to detail to meet month-end deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive information maintain a high level of data entry accuracy and adhere to strict deadlines is essential.
Able to display effective interpersonal skills with all levels of employee as well as the ability to communicate positively and effectively verbally and in writing
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
Knowledge of ERP
Advanced English level.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or related field required; HS Diploma required
Experience within a Shared Service environment.
