Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- API Backend Developer!
We are seeking a highly skilled in backend development with strong python skill to join our AI Engineering team. This role is focused on efficiently trained deployed monitored and retrained across scalable infrastructure or edge environments. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with backend coding pipelines in production. Youll work closely with data scientists DevOps and software engineers with GenAI experience.
Key Responsibilities:
API Development: Design develop and maintain APIs using frameworks like FastAPI Flask facilitate communication between client applications and AWS services.
Cloud Deployment: Utilize AWS services such as EC2 Lambda ECS ECR SageMaker and DynamoDB for deploying backend services and implementing scalable solutions.
Data Management: Manage large datasets efficiently using AWS DynamoDB. Develop strategies for data storage and retrieval.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance application performance by implementing caching strategies and optimizing code for speed and efficiency.
Error Handling and Logging: Implement robust error handling in Python applications. Set up comprehensive logging mechanisms to monitor application performance.
Auditing: Implement auditing processes to track changes and ensure compliance with security standards.
Build python backend code for reusable assets development
Skills Required:
Python Proficiency: Strong command of Python programming language with the ability to write clean efficient and maintainable code.
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Experience in using classes and objects in Python to create modular and reusable code structures.
Framework Experience: Expertise in one or more Python web frameworks such as FastAPI Flask or Django.
AWS Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda EC2 ECS ECR SageMaker and DynamoDB.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Hand on experience with GenAI project will be add on.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Sound experience in ML engineering with significant work in GenAI project.
Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with scripting for automation.
Proven experience in backend development with Python and AWS.
Strong understanding of API design and cloud architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with real-time video analytics or image-based inference systems.
Knowledge of MLOps best practices (model registries lineage versioning).
Familiarity with edge AI deployment and acceleration toolkits (e.g. TensorRT DeepStream).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling (Jenkins GitLab CI ArgoCD).
