Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant OpenText Content Suite!
In this role you will drive endtoend implementation deployment administration and upgrades of OpenText Content Suite and related components ensuring high availability performance and scalability in enterprise environments. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) guiding teams optimizing system architecture and supporting clients across their digital content management transformation journeys.

Responsibilities
Lead deployment configuration administration and maintenance of OpenText Content Suite Platform (OTCS)
Implement and support OpenText xECM OTDS Archive Center and related modules
Perform version upgrades platform migrations and patch installations across complex environments
Troubleshoot system integration and performance issues ensuring minimal downtime
Develop customize and optimize WebReports and LiveReports to support business needs
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and ensure seamless delivery
Ensure system security governance and compliance with enterprise standards
Prepare technical documentation runbooks and SOPs
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Partner with business stakeholders to design scalable sustainable ECM solutions

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
Demonstrated handson experience with OpenText Content Suite (OTCS)
Strong expertise in OTDS xECM Archive Center and related Content Server components
Practical experience in LiveReports & WebReports development
Skilled in handling upgrades migrations deployment and administration activities
Solid troubleshooting and problemsolving capabilities
Experience with Windows/Linux environments SQL databases and application server concepts

Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating OTCS with SAP SharePoint or other enterprise systems
Understanding of cloud deployments (Azure/AWS) and containerbased architectures
Knowledge of ECM best practices metadata models permissions and records management
Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments
Strong communication stakeholder management and client-facing abilities
