Job Summary:
HUB24 offers a leading internship program in Australia with strong business exposure support and professional development. Whether youre interested in data automation innovation business analysis strategy or process optimisation you can join our team in Sydney Melbourne Brisbane or the Gold Coast to help shape financial futures.This paid internship provides practical experience alongside your university studies.
Responsibilities:
Supporting daytoday activities across areas such as data automation innovation and process optimisation depending on your interests and placement
Assisting with analysis research and reporting helping teams make informed datadriven decisions
Contributing to process improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency customer outcomes or operational effectiveness
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to support the delivery of projects and initiatives that help shape better financial futures for our clients
Preparing documentation presentations and insights to support stakeholder discussions
Participating in learning and development opportunities mentoring and networking activities as part of HUB24s leading internship program
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree related to Technology Data or Information Systems
Demonstrated interest in technology finance or innovation shown through academic coursework personal projects internships parttime roles hackathons case competitions student societies or selfdirected learning
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas ask thoughtful questions and engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment contributing positively while also taking ownership of individual tasks.
Curious and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn adapt and take initiative in a fastpaced environment
