In this position...

At Ford Motor Company we believe freedom of movement drives human progress. We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to orchestrate and lead high-impact initiatives across our connected vehicle cloud and mobile ecosystem.

You will operate at the intersection of complex engineering and strategic delivery navigating ambiguity to drive long-term engineering strategy and measurable improvements in customer experience.

Youll have...

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

• 8 years of experience in technical program management within highly complex systems including multiple successful release cycles of consumer-facing software at scale.

• 6 years of experience leading cross-functional projects across Cloud Mobile or Embedded systems.

• Deep experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise-level project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).

• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and non-technical executive stakeholders.

• Domain Depth: Expertise in cloud-native architectures API management and consumer-facing mobile apps.

• Strategic Acumen: Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and independently manipulate scope-cost-time-quality levers to achieve goals.

• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging large volumes of data to identify opportunities in planning or delivery.

• Leadership: Experience implementing organizational processes (PDCA Retros) and mentoring other TPMs or engineers.

• Customer Obsession: Demonstrated pattern of developing empathy for the end-user to inform delivery plans.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112680 - $212760.
