Job Summary
Role: Case Management Assistant
Location: 1601 Ygnacio Valley Rd Walnut Creek CA 94598
Contract Duration: 13 weeks of assignment with possible extension
Pay Rate: Up To $28.35/hr
Work Schedule: 40hrs/week
Shift: 8hrs; Day Shift from 8:30am - 5:00pm

MUST HAVE:
- High School level or equivalent
- Bachelors degree
- BLS (American Heart Association)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years experience in health care acute-inpatient Healthcare - ambulatory
- Knowledge of medical terminology required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word Excel Outlook and Power Point).
- Ability to learn and navigate Electronic Health Record/EPIC and Allscripts system
