Job Running Architect/Architectural Technician
Leicester
Up to 50000 DOE

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded AJ100 architectural practice based in Leicester who are looking to appoint a confident and capable Job Running Architect/Architectural Technician to join their Mixed-Use team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects running schemes from technical design through to delivery while working within a collaborative studio that supports flexible and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect/Architectural Technician role:

Take responsibility for the technical delivery of mixed-use projects
Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction drawing packages
Manage day-to-day project running under the guidance of senior staff
Coordinate consultants and assist with resolving on-site and design issues
Prepare and submit building regulations and construction information

Key Requirements for this Job Running Architect/Architectural Technician role:

Proven experience running projects within a UK architectural practice
Experience working on mixed-use or complex commercial schemes
Strong technical detailing and coordination skills
Revit experience essential
Confident communicator with good project management ability
