Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Batch Management:
Organize sales teams into structured assessment batches (region-wise/availability-based) to
minimize business disruption. Send calendar invites and manage reschedules.
Candidate Communication:
Share pre-assessment instructions Dos & Donts guides reminders and updates.
Proctoring & Supervision:
Monitor live assessment sessions (sample basis) and ensure sessions are recorded for
documentation and quality checks.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Provide real-time support to candidates/trainers and manage last-minute changes or candidate
reshuffling.
Attendance Tracking:
Maintain a live tracker for attendance completed no-shows and follow-ups.
Data & Coordination:
Collect required documents (brochures results participant lists etc.) from SPOCs.
Follow up regularly with participants and SPOCs regarding requirements and availability.
