What awaits you/ Job Profile
| - Provide technical support to the user troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems and processes are running efficiently.
- Respond to and triage incidents and service requests.
- Investigate and diagnose the root cause of issues.
- Install and configure hardware software and networks.
- Perform system maintenance tasks including system upgrades and patches.
- Create and maintain user accounts and access levels.
- Monitor network security and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Generate reports analyze data and document processes.

What should you bring along
| - 4- 7 years of experience in Operations Production support
- ITIL processes (Problem / Incident / Change etc.)
- Service Now
- Hands on experience using Jira / Confluence
- Windows Server
- Hands on experience in SQL programming and SQL Server administrative tasks like database monitoring performance analysis
- Apache Web Server
- Familiarity in C# programming
- Octopus or any other CI/CD deployment tool
- Familiarity in Azure Cloud (or) AWS Cloud
- Redgate Monitoring
- Splunk logs
- Prometheus/Grafana
- Docker and Kubernetes (nice to have)
