Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Standard Ongoing and Regulatory Reporting!
In this role The Senior Manager (Band 4D) is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end oversight of regulatory reporting process with a focus on analysis and monitoring implementation.
This role provides strategic direction ensures delivery excellence drives quality assurance manages multi location teams and serves as the senior offshore interface for client stakeholders.
Senior Managers own delivery governance escalate key risks guide the design and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes and ensure the consistency and integrity of outputs across all regulatory related engagements. The role requires deep subject matter expertise stakeholder leadership and strong operational management capability.
Responsibilities
Own and Lead the reporting and regulatory reporting function and be the accountable owner for reporting outcomes.
Provide leadership and oversight for regulatory planning stakeholder input and delivery timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders auditors and governance committees.
Approve reporting methodologies data governance standards and reporting frameworks.
Oversee end-to-end reporting governance including data quality escalation frameworks and remediation processes.
Anticipate risks issues dependencies and highlight them to management
Be point person for collation of coordinating requirements updating tasks and obtaining of sign offs.
Prepare and present project status during work group and steering committee meetings.
Collaborate with Management to ensure common standards and best practice are implemented
Work with stakeholders across the product lines to deliver detailed control requirements in line with the Control Framework for the firm
Be point person for collation of requirements and subsequent sharing and obtaining of sign offs.
Work with stakeholders and technology to define and implement controls across front to back of the transaction reporting cycle
Collaborate with management to ensure common standards and best practice are implemented within the European region and globally
Ensure effective supervision of managers and senior consultants providing guidance and performance oversight.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency automation and data quality.
Review reporting performance metrics and rationalize reporting inventories including retirement of redundant reports.
Ensure strong audit trails transparency and regulatory defensibility across all submissions.
Drive alignment between regulatory reporting risk management and broader enterprise objectives.
Facilitate sign offs on report and UAT sign offs.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in Finance Accounting Business or related fields.
Professional certifications such as CA ACCA CPA CIA CISA or MBA preferred (not mandatory but strongly valued).
Good understanding of Insurance Reports
Demonstrated experience in service delivery and working with cross functional teams.
Understanding of insurance regulatory frameworks and reporting cycles.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Deep expertise in insurance regulatory frameworks and supervisory expectations
Experience in:
oStandard Ongoing and Regulatory reporting
oData quality concepts and data governance
oRisk & Compliance
Ability to assess and improve regulatory processes across the organization
Proficient in preparing process narratives and high quality working papers.
Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret complex evidence and identify root causes.
Excellent written and verbal communication including report writing and issue drafting.
Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and manage deadlines in a global delivery model.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and familiarity with Reporting tools PowerBI etc GRC tools Regulatory reporting platforms (Wolters Kluwers Axiom etc) or workflow systems.
