Position Overview:
Reporting to the Asset Reliability Manager the Repair Parts Inventory Administrator will be responsible for controlling the Asset Reliability repair parts inventory by applying inventoried parts electronically to job requests on behalf of technicians creating parts kits for the technicians in the Asset Reliability department receiving items into inventory electronically and ensuring inventory control by performing regular audits.
Job Description:
Issue repair parts daily to technicians as required
Build parts kits for scheduled maintenance activities
Maintain the parts physical and electronic inventory
Develop and maintain the Asset Reliability warehouse stock location system
Control inventory and forecast inventory needs including VMI
Qualifications:
High school diploma / 1-3 years parts and inventory experience
Team player and possesses excellent interpersonal skills
Strong clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail coupled with organization skills
A self-starter who can lead or contribute to effective team operation
Proficiency with computers and learning new programs
Note:
This is a permanent full-time position based out of our OEM Remanufacturing facility in Edmonton
