Role Details

This is a practical site-based role supporting day-to-day quality checks and administrative systems within our plastics manufacturing facility. Youll work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to complete routine QC testing maintain documentation and assist with basic quality investigations and reporting. The role includes a strong administrative component and would suit someone organised detail-focused and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Visy is powering the circular economy closing the loop between packaging remanufacturing and recycling. Over 75 years weve grown to 7000 employees and 150 global operations across Australia and New Zealand. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper cardboard glass plastics and metals from households and businesses and locally remanufacture them back into new sustainable packaging.

What youll do

• Complete routine product quality checks and record results
• Maintain QA documentation and site records
• Assist with customer complaints and non-conformance paperwork
• Support site systems including ISO HACCP and food safety programs
• Provide general quality and systems support to production teams
• Follow safety and environmental procedures

What You Will Bring

• Experience in manufacturing QA admin or similar support roles
• Good attention to detail and basic computer skills
• Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately
• A reliable and team-focused attitude
