Job Summary

With minimal supervision provide a variety of analysis and support functions including troubleshooting user training assistance and orientation developing testing and implementing new or upgraded applications and ensuring data integrity of systems and integration with other applications across Childrens. Work closely with customers leadership and other stakeholders to identify needs develop recommended approaches and to ensure successful operation of systems to meet departmental and organizational addition provide Tier 1-2 phone support with pertinent information timely resolution and/or appropriate escalation for information technology issues experienced by Childrens staff and customers. Communicates with Seattle Childrens staff and affiliate organizations to ensure accuracy of information and coordinate MPI changes across the enterprise.

This is a remote position and must be based in Washington state.

Required Education and Experience
Requires a Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university OR at least two years college coursework in the Medical/Health Record Health Information Technology Health Information Administration or related field.
Minimum two (2) years of related experience.

Required Credentials
N/A.

Preferred
Experience in medical records or information technology.
Previous experience with patient medical records and computerized records in either Epic or Cerner.
Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) OR ability to obtain within six (6) months of transfer/hire.

Compensation Range

$32.07 - $48.11 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
