Accountabilities
- Demonstrates Knowledge of US payroll laws and practices
- Interprets policy and documents payroll process
- Manages payroll cycles and all associated process and audits
- Provides payroll consultation
- Interfaces with payroll vendor and monitors/manages vendors delivery on service level agreements
- Defines and maintains standard operating procedures for all payroll processes
- Resolves complex employee inquiries regarding pay tax and associated payroll processes
Internal Qualifications
- With US Payroll experience required
- Minimum 1 year in current role
- Currently a B4/P1/P2
- Minimum of 3.0 / Meets rating in last Performance Review
Qualifications
- Bachelors in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2 - 3 years experience in US Payroll preferred
- FPC Certification a plus
- Experience with large employer/multi-state payroll process required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- High level of customer service great communication skills required
- Knowledge of Workday ADP preferred
- Experience in ServiceNow ticket handling preferred

- Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
- Apply judgment within defined parameters
- Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
- Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
