Description

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Home Infusion team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

Under direct supervision of a Pharmacist assists in the timely and accurate dispensing of sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications to patients in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday no weekends
  • 2 holidays per year.
  • 1.0 FTE/ 40 hrs weekly

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Experience or Equivalent Combination:

    • Two or more years (4160 hours) of Pharmacy Technician experience is required.

  • Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

    • Must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.

    • Technician certification required. Certification as CPhT through either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT).

    • Must have a valid drivers license and meet the insurability requirements relating to Park Nicollets motor vehicle violation criteria.
