Job Summary
Brief Overview of Position:
Strategic Operational Solutions Inc. (STOPSO) seeks a Senior Computer User Support Specialist to oversee escalated user support and provide leadership to help desk teams supporting 24x7x365 operations incident management training and documentation tasks for a Military Customer.
Required Qualifications Education Experience and Certifications:
- 4 years tech/user support experience
- Experience supporting or leading service desk/process improvement in military settings
- Clearance:
- Ability to achieve a SECRET clearance
Preferred Experience Skills and Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundations preferred
- Associates/Bachelors in IT
