- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a high level of integrity regarding personnel records and confidential information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Clearly communicate with applicants and district personnel regarding the fingerprinting and badging processes.
- Operate the department switchboard assist and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the daily operations of the fingerprinting and badging office functions.
- Schedule and maintain fingerprinting and badging appointments.
- Conduct the fingerprinting process using the MorphoTrust/Identogo workstation including preparation of applicants fingers for printing to take legible fingerprint impressions.
- Collect and verify identification and documenatation required for issuing district badges.
- Utilize campus-specific software to manage visitor information and maintain security protocols.
- Issue track and maintain records of identification badges for employees contractors and visitors in compliance with district security protocols.
- Maintain sanitary condition of the fingerprinting and badging workstations.
- Write in a clear concise and logical manner to complete forms maintain records and draft correspondence related to fingerprinting and badging.
- Gather documents and enter/retrieve fingerprint and badging data for district information systems.
- Assist in preparing and processing information needed to implement MorphoTrust/Indentogo-approved fingerprinting and the districts badging protocols for certified and non-certified applicants.
- Maintain strong communication skills while gathering information and providing instructions for both fingerprinting and badging processes.
- Effectively work with MorphoTrust and other agencies to understand legal procedures regarding the handling of fingerprints and work with district departments to understand policies and procedures regarding the issuance of badges.
- Monitor badge expiration dates and assist with the reissuance of deactivation of badges as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Support Services management.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
