Job Title: Accounts Payable Apprentice
Reporting to:Compliance Cashier Manager
Location: 110 Fetter Lane London EC4A 1AY
Role Overview
You will be working in a friendly team and providing support to the accounts payable and cashier function. This is a varied role with a scope to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Preparing file uploads for internal meals and client catering
Preparing and processing weekly taxi & courier invoices ensuring governance to policy
Support processing Gray Dawes (travel agent) invoices within agreed
Perform Chrome River expense first review against Firms policy
Perform Chrome River Invoices first review ensuring correct coding and authorisation
Setting up new supplier vendors on 3e and completing call backs
Personal receivable costs
Processing direct debit payments to 3E and investigating any discrepancies
Managing accounts payable mailbox including distribution and queries
Provide support as required across the department
Deal with employee and supplier queries
Personal qualities/attributes:
Organised person with excellent attention to detail completing work to a high standard
Keen to take on responsibility
Team player resilient under pressure
Prepared to use initiative and able to prioritise workloads
Interest in accountancy field of work
Experience required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate (Excel Word) with good analytical and reconciliation skills
