Inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst T&E!

In this role youll be part of T&E audit team and will be working on tools like Concur and Appzen.

Responsibilities
Performing T&E expense audit for a global T&E process on industry leading AI-enabled audit applications
Play a key role in understanding the project requirements for planning crafting implementation and reporting
Identify and escalate critical incidents with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
Assisting in creation of key documentation deliverables such as standard operating procedures desktop procedures process maps etc.
Preferred experience of working in international client facing roles.
Responsible for expense audits and customer request handling within the client prescribed TAT
Work with the Analytics team to get requisite risk exceptions and identify the true hits to be highlighted to the client management
Ability to understand and respond to T&E audit related queries in a timely and accurate manner (including in Spanish language)

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors in Commerce

Preferred Qualification

Understanding and knowledge of the Travel and Expense process functionality and capabilities
Spanish language skills (at least B2 certified) across all communication facets speaking listening writing and reading (Mandatory)
Experience of working on expense management system Concur as well as AI-enabled audit platforms such as AppZen / Hang Xin (Preferable)
Excellent communication skills both written & Oral;
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic process/ policy requirements with respect to T&E
Good MS Office skills (Excel Visio Power point etc.)
Proactive problem solving analytical mindset and customer-centric approach
Fraud detection skills / prior experience (Preferable)
Knowledge of requirements pertaining to Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption regulations (such as FCPA UK Bribery Act etc.) (Preferable)
Knowledge / experience of reporting functionalities and tools such as Power BI Cognos etc. (Good to have)
