Role summary

Were looking for a highly sales-driven Customer Success Specialist to grow SMB and professional customers using Payoneers solutions. This is a commercial revenue-focused role centered on upsells cross-sells product adoption and customer growth strategies working closely with Product Marketing and Operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales and account management experience a commercial mindset excellent communication analytical thinking and solid project management skills.

What youll do

This role operates in mix between 1-1 with top clients and a 1-to-many outbound-led model managing a large customer portfolio through a combination of automation lifecycle triggers and targeted commercial engagement.

  • This is a highly commercial role combining 1:1 work with key clients and scalable outbound portfolio management.
  • Manage and grow a large portfolio of existing customers building strong partnerships and identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Drive retention upsells and cross-sells through proactive sales-led engagement
  • Perform outbound outreach (including cold calls) to activate customers and create commercial opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and pipeline creation to demos proposals negotiations and closing
  • Execute data-driven multi-channel campaigns based on lifecycle triggers to scale growth across the portfolio
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer growth plans and improve the end-to-end customer experience
  • Provide product feedback and market insights to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM data track pipeline performance and report on revenue impact
  • Represent the company through webinars events and industry activities to expand reach and opportunities

Who you are

  • Bachelors degree preferably in business or industrial engineering
  • Fluent in English Russian/Ukrainian
  • 2 yearsof account management sales business development or other relevant experience
  • Expertise in developing business cases financial analyses and modeling analyzing and forecasting economic andfinancial impacts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present a business case to key stakeholders
  • Data oriented possesses a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical and business reasoning skills
  • Record of accomplishmentinmeeting and exceeding businesstargets
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment anticipate future needs and drive results
  • High level oforganization focusand ability to work under pressure

Extra Points we need from you:

  • Experience in high-volume outbound and cold sales environments comfortable managing large outreach volumes
  • Additional languages beyond English and Russian are a strong advantage.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Sales Force and expertise in sales reporting.
  • Familiarity with payment industry ERP; invoicing reconciliation tools and data-driven platforms.
  • Proven track record in working with international clients across diverse industries.
  • Experience selling B2B solutions in a highly consultative manner.
