Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefields Los Angeles office is seeking an experienced C-suite Executive Administrator to support one of our most successful Regional Presidents in handling all administrative and strategic initiatives required to facilitate the transaction of C&Ws real estate business as well as play a significant role in increasing leadership productivity.
Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional President with managing their complex business operations to ensure administrative financial and operational activities are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.
- Provide oversight and guidance organize and prioritize critical issues.
- Anticipate the Regional President client and business needs and undertake necessary actions to produce effective results timely.
- Manage and organize complex calendar activities such as meetings agendas luncheon arrangements and travel plans; work around scheduling conflicts and keep the Regional President on schedule.
- Assist in planning and coordinating complex travel arrangements.
- Manage email correspondence for the Regional President promptly. Reply where necessary print attachments follow up on actions and flag urgent messages. File in appropriate folders.
- Update and maintain contacts telephone numbers and email addresses.
- Answer and screen all incoming calls to the Regional Presidents office.
- Organize and input expenses and charitable contributions track payments and allowances.
- Support the Regional Presidents community and industry activities and events.
- Prepare collect and maintain information for the preparation of confidential reports proposals and other materials.
- Ensure that education credentials and licensing of staff is current.

- Greet and direct all office visitors.
- Provide personal support to the Regional President including managing personal calendar coordinating personal and family appointments and travel ensuring day-to-day needs are proactively met.
Support for Regional Presidents Public Relations and Partnerships
- Support the Regional Presidents public persona and brand ensuring the Regional Presidents schedule is optimized.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including PR & marketing to assist with public appearances media interactions and content development to reinforce the Regional Presidents brand identity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients media outlets industry professionals and key stakeholders to maximize opportunities for the Regional Presidents exposure.
- Manage sponsorship and donation approvals with compliance and management.
- Manage key appointments speech writing and board engagement deliverables.
- Manage events for the Regional Presidents team ensuring successful event operation and networking occurs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting corporate C-Suite professional/s real estate background preferredC-suite professional/s real estate background preferred
- Bachelors degree required

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 80750.00 - $95000.00
