Description

In this role you will impact the overall effectiveness of our supply chain by ensuring that projects are executed efficiently aligning with business goals and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely delivery and quality service. This position will be a dual role supporting the Greer SC site in NPI project management and SIOP both roles the ability to bring cross-functional teams together to work toward a greater purpose will be a key to success.

You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and youll work out of our Greer South Carolina location on site.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the New Product Introduction keeping the site in compliance while managing shared resources to ensure projects finish on time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that improve supply chain performance and efficiency.
  • SIOP lead who is accountable for the quality and cadence of the SIOP process ensuring datadriven decision making and robust scenario analysis to support business performance
  • Monitor performance against key SIOP and NPI Milestone KPIs providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Standardize and continuously improve SIOP processes tools and governance
  • Ensure accurate tracking of NPI to be compliant with our quality system



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of SIOP and NPI processes.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and methodologies. (Excel PowerPoint SAP Rapid Response etc.)
  • Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong with data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Business or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with PowerQuery Tableau Power BI
