Sr Project Management Specialist

As a Sr Proj Mgmt Specialist here at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing complex projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in project management and ability to lead teams will be crucial in achieving project goals and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

In this role you will impact the organization by ensuring efficient project execution fostering collaboration among team members and delivering projects that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. Your contributions will be essential in driving the success of our projects and supporting the overall growth and competitiveness of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans schedules and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Strong experience with SAP
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in risk management and project execution.

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field.
