Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Warehouse Systems Analyst IT located in Tijuana.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Systems Analyst IT role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for providing data analysis to help warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
- Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports spreadsheets graphics and charts based on the investigation of data.
- May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the investigation of data.
- Collects compiles analyzes and presents various types of data.
- Prepares summary reports spreadsheets and charts based on investigation of data from multiple sources
- Create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
- Audits data. Test and resolves data integrity issues including but not limited to quotations.
- Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
- Where applicable suggest process/communication improvements related to metric tracking activities.
- Tracks warehouse management performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
- Design manage and control all data investigation tool
- A background in medical industry is desired.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Intermediate English
- Typically requires a bachelors degree
- MRP System Knowledge
- Project Management Skills.
- Basic-Mid knowledge in level processes
- Programming and data base management Experience: C C# ASPX Angular MS Visual Basic MS SQL Oracle DB SSR and MS Azure.
