About the role

What you need to know:

- General Objective: Ensure that policies and endorsements are issued according to the information provided by the agent/client and the conditions granted by subscription as well as that they are in compliance with the policies and procedures established by the Company mitigating the risks derived from an error in the information registered and/or delivered to the client.

1. Document Quality Review

  • Review applications policy drafts endorsements and issuance packages.
  • Verify client information coverages terms rates and limits against underwriting decisions.
  • Check that mandatory documents (forms declarations letters) are attached and correct.

2. Compliance & Policy Validation

  • Validate compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Ensure documents meet product-specific and channel-specific rules.

3. Error Identification & Classification

  • Detect omissions inconsistencies incorrect data capture or discrepancies vs. underwriting.
  • Classify errors by type severity and frequency for reporting purposes.
  • Flag high-risk issues for immediate corrective action.

4. Continuous Improvement Support

  • Propose process enhancements based on recurring issues or workflow bottlenecks.
  • Support training for issuance staff and agents on common mistakes and best practices.

  • Customer Orientation: Ability to anticipate customer needs (internal and external) address them and constantly seek new ways to exceed customer expectations to enhance business value.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt and work in the face of new situations individuals and groups.

Functional competencies:

  • Data Analytics: Strong understanding of quality performance data.
  • Business SLAs: Understanding of business expectations in terms of key deliverables.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Knowledge and ability to use data processing packages such as MS Office advanced/intermedia Excel.
