Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with strong experience in building and managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure services and automation tools and will play a key role in ensuring scalable secure and highly available operations for our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep
- Manage and monitor Azure cloud services including App Services Cosmos DB Event Hubs Service Bus Key Vault and Application Gateway
- Ensure operational reliability through monitoring logging alerting and incident response processes
- Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline deployment and release cycles
- Implement security best practices and manage secrets and identity access through tools like Azure Key Vault
- Continuously improving automation deployment velocity and system resiliency
Requirements
- 5 years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform Bicep or similar tools
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Bash PowerShell or Python)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (AKS or Kubernetes is a plus)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor Application Insights or Grafana
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
