This is a role for a Command Center personalitysomeone who knows California Civil Procedure inside and out and takes pride in total desk ownership.

The Reality of the Desk

High-Volume Coordination: You will manage 60 to 70 active litigation matters simultaneously. This requires advanced calendaring deadline management and the ability to pivot between three different attorneys needs without breaking a sweat.
The Soup to Nuts Expectation: We are looking for a professional who is above nothing. Youll be drafting complex Tables of Authorities and discovery shells one hour and handling executive filings or admin duties the next. This desk covers the work of two junior roles; the Senior Partner needs a technician and a gatekeeper in one.
Expert-Level Filings: You must be a veteran of California State and Federal e-filings. If you cant navigate an emergency filing or format a dispositive motion in your sleep this isnt the right fit.
