Responsibilities
In your role you will be integral to identifying business intelligence and data analysis needs across clinical and operational areas. From analyzing stakeholder requirements to identifying data needs to extracting and manipulating data using a variety of reporting and analytical tools you will be a key resource on the Enterprise Analytics team ensuring support of all strategic business objectives.
- Core Responsibilities: * Collaborating with operations across various service lines.
- Gathering data elements for various best practice and government agencies.
- Submitting data to external registries and regulatory bodies.
- Work Environment: Focused on Quality Analytics.
- Hours: Day shift with flexibility (e.g. 7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM 4:30 PM).
- Hybrid Schedule: * 2 days on-site / 3 days remote.
- Anchor Days: One day must be Tuesday or Thursday.
- Onboarding Note: New hires will be required to be on-site more frequently during the initial orientation/acclimation phase.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Business Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Public Health or related field required
- Masters Degree in Computer Science Business Healthcare Management Information Systems or related field preferred
Experience
- 3 years of experience in Business/Data Analysis Business Intelligence Healthcare Analytics/Quality Clinical/Operational decision support or related field required
- Experience with SQL in an Oracle and/or SQL Server environment preferred
- Experience supporting healthcare analytics preferred
