About us
To further strengthen the robustness and scalability of our IMS platform we are building a dedicated Level 3 engineering team focused on advanced debugging root cause analysis and production excellence.
As a Platform DevOps Engineer Kubernetes & Python (m/f/d) you will support the stability and operability of our cloud-native IMS platform.
You will contribute to improving product observability automation and CI/CD processes helping ensure reliable and efficient customer deployments.
This role is ideal for proactive junior to mid-level engineers who enjoy working with modern cloud-native systems and see this as an opportunity to grow into a key contributor driving continuous improvement in usability operability and developer experience.
Tasks
- Support the resolution of production issues in cloud-native environments
- Contribute to hotfix and temporary image release processes
- Improve product observability logging and monitoring of our platform
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Support Kubernetes-based deployments and configuration
- Collaborate closely with L2 support QA and R&D teams
- Continuously improve tooling and platform supportability
Requirements
This role is open to junior and mid-level engineers with 13 years of relevant professional experience who are motivated to grow in a cloud-native engineering environment.
We are looking for proactive engineers who move fast take ownership and enjoy solving real production problems.
Strongly preferred
- Experience with Helm Grafana Prometheus
- Exposure to release engineering or hotfix processes
- Experience with AWS
- Understanding of distributed systems concepts
- Background in telecom or communication systems
- Hamburg-based or willing to relocate
