About the Role
At ICONIX Waterworks we support municipal industrial and water infrastructure projects across Canada. As a Student Co-op supporting our Sales & Estimating team you will gain hands-on exposure to project bids quotations take-offs and branch operations all within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for students interested in Sales Estimating Project Coordination or Operations. Youll see how projects move from tender to delivery while learning how sales supply chain and customer service teams work together to drive results.
You will build foundational product and branch knowledge while supporting project documentation bid preparation and customer follow-ups gaining real practical experience that directly connects classroom learning to industry application.

Youll start by building strong product and operational knowledge then expand into project and estimating exposure:
- Warehouse & Product Basics
- Project & Quote Support
- Sales & Team Support
- Organization & Admin Support
- Inventory & Purchasing Exposure
Who Were Looking For
Youll contribute by bringing:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business Supply Chain Operations Construction Management Engineering Technology Water & Wastewater or a related field)
- Have an interest in Sales Estimating Project Coordination or Infrastructure
- Enjoy working with numbers details and problem-solving
- Communicate confidently and professionally
- Stay organized and follow tasks through to completion
- Take initiative and seek opportunities to learn
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced branch environment
