About The Opportunities
About You
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
- Experienced in planning and managing major events festivals or shows (35 years).
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement negotiation and contractor coordination.
- Capable of managing budgets timelines and multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and able to work autonomously.
- Tertiary qualifications in event management business hospitality or similar.

About You
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in event management hospitality or business administration.
- Strong customer service focus with confidence liaising with corporate clients.
- Knowledge of venue procedures safety regulations and event compliance.
- Skilled in scheduling operational planning and using industry-standard software.
- Able to work flexibly including weekends and public holidays.
