The Ideal Candidate:

• 3 years of litigation experience (plaintiff experience strongly preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience drafting and responding to discovery
• Ability to independently manage high-volume plaintiff caseloads without becoming overwhelmed
• Proven e-filing experience in Ohio courts (county systems vary must be proficient)
• Experience setting depositions and filing deposition notices
• Comfortable communicating with clients and conducting discovery interviews
• Experience coordinating with medical providers for records and reports
• Self-starter mentality able to hit the ground running with minimal training
• Mass tort experience preferred
