Job Summary

CREST Collaborative is currently looking for support staff to support our high school classrooms in our Lifeworks program located at 20 Shattuck Rd in Andover. Program supports students in grades 9-12. Experience with the use of therapeutic strategies (de-escalation trauma-informed CBT restorative justice) and ABA strategies preferred. A minimum of 3 years experience preferred. Prior experience working with students with academic social emotional and behavioral challenges. Prior experience implementing behavioral strategies supports and data collection. Effective oral and written may include: supporting academic programs behavior plans collecting data and logging data daily or weekly. The ideal candidate will be reliable and well organized with sound judgment. Experience with de-escalation trauma-informed principles CBT restorative justice behavior plans and collecting a variety of Range: $28694-$41461 depending on education and experience.
