Implement routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations. Closely monitor the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible. Ensure that all records of maintenance and testing are kept
Minimum three years experience as a general building repair technician preferably involved in hospitality industry
Must have knowledge in HVAC Refrigeration and EPA licensed
Worked in the Engineering or Facilities department in relation to general building maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment
Circuit breaker reset
Basic plumbing repairs

Requires 90% mobility to include frequent standing bending and reaching from floor to 6ft. climbing using ladders and stairs
Operating equipment such as scissor lifts forklift pallet jack

Use of hand and power tools
Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
Requires normal sense of smell touch and sound
Requires normal vision range and the ability to distinguish letters and symbols
