As a Project Architect at Ackerman Estvold Engineering and Consulting you will lead architectural projects in Minot ND from client engagement to construction completion. Are you a good fit for this Project Architect job
To excel as a Project Architect at Ackerman Estvold Engineering and Consulting candidates must possess a Bachelors or masters degree in architecture from an accredited institution and have a current North Dakota architectural registration or the ability to obtain licensure upon hire. A minimum of 10 years of progressive architectural design and consulting experience is essential including managing project scope budgets and financial performance. Candidates should demonstrate a strong knowledge of construction materials building systems codes and regulatory standards as well as specifications and cost considerations. Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities are crucial for collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will also have robust conceptual design skills proficiency in technical documentation and excellent communication capabilities.
Familiarity with industry-standard design and visualization software is preferred along with a commitment to professional engagement ethical practice and the development of emerging professionals in the field of architecture.
