Description

Position Summary

As the Shuttle Bus Driver you will be responsible for safely transporting hotel guests between ski resorts in Summit County operating a 12 passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van. This includes helping load and unload ski equipment for guests. As a Shuttle Bus Driver you will maintain positive customer and client interactions with an agreeable and helpful attitude. The Shuttle Bus Driver reports directly to Parkwells Project Manager at the site you are ideal candidate is safety-focused punctual professional and dependable.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate shuttle bus on assigned routes and schedules

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers

Assist passengers with boarding and exiting when necessary

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicle

Accurately complete required logs and documentation

Report accidents delays mechanical issues or incidents promptly

Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications

Minimum Driver Criteria (Required Qualifications)

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) meeting company insurance standards

3 years clean driving record with no suspensions or major infractions

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

Prior shuttle transit or passenger transportation experience

Experience driving in urban or high-traffic environments

Customer service experience

Reliability and punctuality

Ability to follow directions and route schedules

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods

Ability to enter and exit vehicle multiple times per shift

Ability to lift up to 2550 pounds

Adequate vision and hearing to safely operate vehicle

Working Conditions

Outdoor driving in various weather conditions

Early morning evening weekend and holiday shifts may be required

Exposure to traffic congestion and public interaction
