Full-time W2 position
Consistent freight with reliable dispatch
Minimal downtime between loads

Pay Structure

$0.56$0.65 CPM based on experience
Weekly pay generally falls between $1200$1500

Extra compensation for stops layovers and breakdowns

Getting Started

Drivers newer to the industry are accepted
46 weeks of training with a mentor
Guaranteed weekly training pay

Qualifications

Must be 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
Entry-level drivers and those with 6 months experience accepted
Clean driving record required
No major violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
No DUI in the last 5 years
No safety-related terminations
Work history must meet company standards
Must pass urine and hair follicle drug test
