Responsibilities

Contribute to Controlling excellence and the development of Product Costing
Perform product calculations and further develop the cost allocation model
Support the analysis and international reporting of key financial indicators
Participate in the monthly and quarterly closing process particularly inventory valuation
Play a central role in the Budget and Forecast process as well as the strategic 5-year plan
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and oversee payroll accounting and analysis

Skills and Qualifications

University degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field
Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company
Familiarity with standard cost allocation models and full cost accounting with willingness to handle complex product cost structures and drive standardization and improvements
High IT affinity with advanced MS Excel skills and experience using ERP systems (ideally Oracle); knowledge of Power BI and RPA software is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
Ambition and enthusiasm to contribute to profitability through continuous and persistent process improvement
