Financial Controller - 100%

Responsibilities

Contribute to Controlling excellence and the continuous development of Product Costing
Perform product cost calculations and further develop the cost allocation model
Support the analysis and international reporting of key financial indicators
Participate in the monthly and quarterly closing process particularly inventory valuation
Play a central role in the Budget and Forecast process as well as the strategic 5-year plan
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and oversee payroll accounting and analysis

Skills and Qualifications

University degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field
Senior Finance Leader with extensive hands-on controller experience across Manufacturing Distribution and R&D sites within multinational environments
Proven track record supporting multi-site operations large-scale investments and organizational transformation in complex and fast-growing environments
Familiarity with standard cost allocation models and full cost accounting with willingness to handle complex product cost structures and drive standardization and improvements
High IT affinity with advanced MS Excel skills and experience using ERP systems (ideally Oracle); knowledge of Power BI and RPA software is an advantage
Strong cross-regional leadership and project management experience delivering large-scale finance transformation programs
Advanced consolidation and group reporting expertise using HFM and EPM within multi-entity and cross-border structures
