Compensation
Traveler Pay: $54/hr Weekly Gross: $2160
Local Pay: $43/hr Weekly Gross: $1720
Schedule Details
Day Shift Flexible start between 7:30 AM 9:00 AM
8-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch
40 hours per week
Deferred schedule
Additional Scheduling Notes:
Flexible start times
Floating required to sister campuses within a 50-mile radius
Travelers prioritized for floating
Business casual attire or eggplant-colored scrubs
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) for a 13-week contract assignment in a hospital and long-term care setting. The RD will have a designated home campus but must be flexible to float to other affiliated facilities as needed.
This role focuses on providing comprehensive clinical nutrition services to adult and geriatric populations while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct clinical nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor and evaluate patient progress and nutritional outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide nutrition support for admissions transfers and discharges
Float to affiliated campuses as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Function as part of the core clinical team and support facility culture
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of clinical dietitian experience (Required)
Education
Bachelors Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics (Required)
Registered Dietitian (RD) Credential (Required)
Certifications & Licensure
Active Florida Dietitian License (Required)
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass pre-employment health clearance drug screening and background check
