Job Summary

You will be responsible of :

Missions :

  1. Enterprise Sales & Strategic Growth: :

    1. Own and drive the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts (from prospecting to closing and launch)

    2. Negotiate commercial agreements with C-level stakeholders

    3. Launch of the partnerships in coordination with the different teams (Product CRM Operations)

    4. New Business: Identify new verticals opportunities and run tests on these new segments

  2. Team management:

    1. Define the objectives and performance expectations for the team

    2. Structure the acquisition team processes (playbooks CRM pipeline reviews KPIs)

    3. Coach and develop performing talents

Your profile :

  • 2-3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting firm or in Business Development position in a fast growing enevironment

  • Experience managing long sales cycles and complex negotiations.

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email

  • Proven creative problem-solving approach

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment: proactive self-motivated driven and organized.

  • Ideally a first Management Experience

  • Fully proficient in Spanish fluent in English
