Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Home Health nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in Pontiac MI and the surrounding areas. This role offers flexible schedules and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients lives by delivering personalized home health nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care including wound care medication management and patient education.

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Home health nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license for travel within Pontiac and surrounding areas.
