The Service Sales Manageris responsible for MSP Avionics and Control Systems (Mechanical Components) enrollments and identifying new aftermarket sales opportunities securing annual incremental revenue and new enrollments including positioning leads on other MSP service agreements such as Engine APU and Nacelle to enable full portfolio solutioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of the Business Aviation Industry and MSP sales process such as sales lead conversion and whitespace enrollments.
  • Development of sales strategies and execution to increase and recovery adoption rates on key Honeywell content-based platforms coming out of OEM warranty transferring ownership or are self-insuring to achieve AOP objectives.
  • Ensure and drive contract loyalty and increase retention.
  • Utilizing Quote tools Building proposals and contracts financial analysis.
  • Customer presentations and negotiation of commercial terms.
  • Achievement of regional sales targets VOC feedback and industry event participation.
  • Cross selling and drive leads both directly and via channel strategy for Honeywell Aerospace Portfolio of Retrofit modification and upgrades and Used Materials sale.
  • Develop and refine existing MOS with internal teams (GH/GBE/ regional team) and external stakeholders (customers/ partners) to drive sustained momentum and rigor.
  • Leverage functional team(s) to drive accelerated sales win and market expansion; collaborate with ASM/CBM/CSM and other stakeholders in region/ out of region.
  • Concise and clear leadership report outs on progress and next steps with detailed action plans and timelines for current month / quarter / year and STRAP.
  • Leverage functional team(s) to drive accelerated sales win and market expansion; collaborate with ASM/CBM/CSM and other stakeholders in region/ out of region.
  • Meet/ exceed AOP including linearity and Quarterly metrics.
  • Lead and ensure operator outreach in assigned markets.
  • Ensure key sales program execution.
  • Work closely with Customer and Product Support and Aftermarket CBT leadership to present a simple way of doing business to customers.
  • Work with the Sales Excellence team for all related inputs deal approvals and sales training. Pipeline development and tracking.
  • Regionally responsible for identifying and pursuing services for new business opportunities and securing annual incremental revenue and new enrollments for the Business and General Aviation market.
  • Annual Operating Plan (AOP) responsibility for Services.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelors Degree (industry equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development / support will be considered or similar Business Aviation background product and sales knowledge experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Honeywell product portfolio and associated value propositions.
  • Good knowledge of our competitors products and services.
  • Previous exposure /knowledge in industries e.g. MRO sales Aircraft Management OEM exposure is preferred but not necessary.
